Sparring hand pads are used in class to safely practice on target shields.  They will also be used when students practice sparring.  

Students are expected to purchase sparring pads as soon as possible, but no later than after earning their yellow belt. The students will use them regularly in class. They are essential to practicing hand techniques and are required when sparring.  

Sizing for Sparring Gear - Even though you are purchasing hand pads, sizing is based on shoe size.
