The Black Belt Prep II classes are essential in preparing for Black Belt Testing.

In this 12 video series program, students will review all required blocks and kicks.  The focus is on perfecting form, understanding power and deflecting blocks, learning how to get more power out of your techniques, understanding blocking surfaces, target areas for kicks and purpose of each technique.  Required Japanese and rules of kicking and blocking are also covered.  

The series contain drills, games and classes which vary in length and mirror our in-person classes.  

Practice at your own pace.  Price is per household.  Videos stay in your portal for 1 year.
